Dry Vermouth
Directions: Mix ¾ oz gin with ½ oz vermouth. Stir with ice and strain into a glass.

Appletini
Apple Vodka
Apple Schnapps
Apple Juice
Directions: Mix vodka with sour mix and pour into glass.
Margarita
Tequilla
Orange Liqueur
Directions: Mix 2 parts tequila with one part orange liqueur and one part lime juice. Stir with ice and strain into a glass. Can salt the rim of the glass if desired.
Ice Margarita
Tequilla
Orange Liqueur
Directions: Mix 1.5 ounces of tequila with ½ oz orange liquer and ½ oz lime juice. Crush 1.5 ice cubes in a blender and pour in liquid mixture. Serve in tall glass.
Pina Colada
3 oz Light Rum
2 oz Coconut Cream
5 oz Pineapple Juice
2 cups crushed ice
Directions: Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed for a few seconds. Pour into glass.
Strawberry Daiquiri
1 1/2 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Grenadine
1 oz Sour Mix
Directions: Mix all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into glass.
Sex on the Beach
1 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Peach schnapps (Liquer)
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
2 oz. Orange juice
Directions: Fill glass with cranberry and orange juice. Stir in vodka and peach schnapps.
Black and Tan
Half Glass Guinness
Half Glass Harp Lager
Directions: Pour light beer into the glass, then pour the dark beer into the glass, over the back of a spoon, so that they do not mix.
Boilermaker
1 pint light beer
1 shot whiskey
Directions: Pour beer into glass, then either drop the shot glass into the beer or pour it into the beer. Chug the resulting mixture.
Mint Julep
1 1/4 oz. Bourbon
1 tbsp. Simple Syrup
2 tbsp. Sugar
12 Fresh Mint Leaves
Directions: Crush the mint leaves in the sugar and simple syrup. Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour in the bourbon.
